My Why

Four weeks postpartum, running on little sleep and a lot of grace, I found myself craving something I couldn't quite name.

Not advice. Not a podcast. Not another scroll through my phone.

Something real. Something tangible. Something that said  I see you. You matter. Keep going.

Amen & Envelopes was born in that season. Out of the quiet, heavy, beautiful chaos of deep motherhood and a heart that needed to feel seen.

And then I got to thinking - I can't possibly be the only woman feeling this way.

The tired mama. The overwhelmed caretaker. The faith-filled woman carrying more than anyone knows. The woman who just needs a moment that belongs to her.

So I built it. For her. For you.

Every month we show up in your mailbox with an encouraging letter, a seasonal recipe, a journal prompt, and little extras  all rooted in faith and designed to meet you exactly where you are.
